Working with Email Subscriptions Settings

If your administrator has configured PolicyTech to allow the managing of email subscriptions, you can use the setting in the Email Subscription tab of My Profile to manage the email you receive.

View an Email Subscription Setting

  1. In the PolicyTech title bar, click your user name, and then click My Profile.

  2. Click the Email Subscriptions tab. The number of categories that appear depends on your assigned roles and permissions.

  3. Expand a category to show the types of subscriptions in each group.

  4. In the list, click an email name to view the description, and then click Close.

Change an Email Subscription Setting

  1. Expand the category of the email subscription you want to change.

  2. In the list, for the email name you want to change, click , and then click Enabled , Disabled or System Default (Enabled).

  3. Click Save.
